We want you to be super happy with your purchase. If you are not, we will be happy to accept returns for store credit as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags on them.

There are no returns on items bought before yom tov, after yom tov. 

Items bought at full price must be returned wіthіn 5 dауѕ of when our carrier delivers your order to your address for store credit less shipping (if remaining order is less than $75). Items returned after will be final sale. 

Orders made for pickup location must be picked up within 2 days in order to get next day refund if brought back. After that it will be store credit only if returned within 5 days. After 5 days it'll be final sale. 

All baby gifts bought at full price can be exchanged up to 3 weeks from when it was originally purchased. After that it is final sale. Baby gifts bought on sale are final sale too.

For sanitary reasons, all BIBS pacifiers are final sale. No exceptions.

Any order a customer decides to cancel prior to shipping will result in a $5 cancellation fee. 

We do not offer price adjustments. 

All sale items are final sale.

Zeebra shoes will not ship in boxes during clearance sales.

All personalized and embroidered items final sale. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, and you keep less than $75 worth, we refund you less our original shipping cost.

If you choose to use our label sent to you, we will deduct the shipping price from your return amount.
